While I agree that an application’s UI should be as clean as possible and only show the most-needed elements, I’m not sure if stripping down Mail.app’s UI is going to increase my email productivity in any meaningful way. Learning the keyboard shortcuts for Mail.app is definitely a good idea, but I also like the option of clicking a toolbar icon every now and then.
Looks like something I’ll try, though. Just to see if it helps improve my email habits.
